If you will diligently and urgently seek My face with all your heart instead of only looking for me to manifest outwardly, I will release you into a place of freedom and rest. This inward connection is where faith is born; it is the place where prayer is answered. Come and commune with Me in the secret place, which is even hidden from all trouble and stress. Come into My rest, says the Lord, and let Me establish you in peace and joy.
Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. http://ft111.com/
Beloved, I have gone before you to open avenues of opportunity necessary to fulfill your purpose on the next leg of your journey. The doors are opening for you even now, but you must be alert to the possibilities and be aware of the leading of My Spirit. This will be true in the small or seemingly insignificant things of life as well as the things that could bring broad, sweeping changes. Your part is to go with the flow keeping your focus on Me, says the Lord, as you maintain complete trust and faith in Me alone. I want you to be like clay, malleable and willing to yield to the pressure of My hand through your circumstances, for there are things that still need to be reworked, shaped, and transformed into My image as you progress.
Jeremiah 18:2 -6 “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying: “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?” says the LORD. “Look, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel! http://ft111.com/
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/18/11:
In a vision I saw the women of ancient Israel keeping watch as they waited expectantly for their warriors to come home. They were not worried that their men would not return victorious. Instead, they were excited about receiving the spoils of war. Then, over the rise the horsemen came into view. They weren’t running home as victims; they we’re marching home with dignity, their standard held high. They had engaged the enemy, the battle was arduous, but the victory was sweet. I asked the Lord about the vision, and He showed me that the warriors represent the spirit, and the women represent the soul or flesh. When we engage in spiritual warfare, we never have to fear losing the battle, and our soul should wait expectantly for the spoils of war — deliverance and blessing.
Psalm 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance.
Rise up in to battle, My beloved, for victory is assured. It has been declared that My word will not return void. I have given you power to defeat the enemy of your soul, the one who accuses you, taunts you, and lies to you. He will be defeated, so take hold. But do more than that; rise up and ride on the wind of My Spirit and ride upon the power of My word. Rise up and allow the victory that is about to unfold, to become yours by faith. Call forth those things which you cannot yet see. Do so by faith and declare the victory for surely it shall come unto you, says the Lord Most High.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
Even though your life seems to be transitional, begin to think of the steps you take as foundational. Don’t think that your thoughts, words, and actions are unimportant. What you do now will actually frame and give meaning to your future. Give thought and consider carefully what is happening in you and around you and respond according to the leading of My Spirit, says the Lord. Deuteronomy 11:24a Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours. http://ft111.com/
You have been stretched beyond what you consider to be your normal limitations, and the requirements on your physical, mental, and emotional resources have been taxing. Take time to be refreshed and rejuvenated. This only comes from spending time in My presence, for I am your source of life, energy and vitality. Come and be renewed and restored, says the Lord.
Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/13/11:
I had a vision of a group of people with each one caught in a mini tornado or a whirlwind. Each whirlwind separated the people from one another, which created a sense of isolation and loneliness. Then, I was reminded of the scripture verse in Hosea 8:7 “They sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind.” And, I realized that sowing the wind relates to being troubled, bitter, agitated, angry, and impatient. When we see our trouble as greater than God’s ability or willingness to bring solutions, we lack faith and are not trusting Him. That wind will reap a whirlwind or bring a storm that we won’t enjoy.
Isaiah 54:17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/12/11:
That which has remained hidden in obscurity or in uncertainty will now come to light so that you can see clearly the path ahead of you. There will be no more guessing or assumptions or presumption, and the fear and dread can now be eradicated. You will now have the opportunity to know the reality of your circumstances and act accordingly, says the Lord.
Psalms 119:39 Turn away my reproach which I dread, for Your judgments are good.

It’s time for a change in many areas and on various levels. Some things have just outlived their usefulness or are outdated and do not serve your needs as efficiently as they once did. Things in the natural or outward things are only signs of an inward or spiritual change that is taking place as you draw closer to Me, says the Lord. The closer you get the greater your discernment and power in prayer and warfare. Draw near!
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns — 1/10/2010:
Beloved, I want you to be a gatekeeper and a watchman over your environment. This is a position of spiritual discernment so that you allow only the things that build up and not the things that tear down. I would have you to be on high alert and aware so that you have holy precision in knowing what comes in and what goes out. I have given you absolute authority to accept or reject those things that affect your spiritual atmosphere, says the Lord. Isaiah 21:6 For thus has the Lord said to me: “Go, set a watchman, Let him declare what he sees.”
THE TRUMPET by Bill Burns — 1/10/2010:
I say to you, examine the nonsense in your thinking. For I say, indeed, many of you are occupied with nonsense. But, I would have you choose to believe and receive that which I am bringing and imparting rather than leaning on your own understanding. Reflect on and examine your thoughts, attitudes and motives. Then, turn your eyes upon the heavenlies and the glory that I am releasing and the revelation of My purposes. My purposes for you are not to muddle around in the things of the world, but for you to ascend on high and live in the realm of heavenly experience. For the kingdom itself is now demanding that you live within self-restraint. You must now begin to live the Christian life in a new and profound way, in a glorious way; thinking upon heavenly things, and upon those things which I have spoken to you rather than being absorbed in the trauma of your own life or in judgmentalism, jealousy or the tribulation that your negative thinking brings you into. So rise and come higher, says the Lord, and let the wind of My Spirit move you, and let the anointing of My word perfect you, says the Lord.
